Many thanks to Ladek Mountain film festival (festiwalgorski.pl/en/filmawards2017/) for awarding Langtang best mountain culture film last weekend. Proceeds from the film have helped to rebuild homes in the Langtang valley. The film was part of Kilian Jornet's Summits of My Life project.
Kilian & Sébastien are currently on their way out from Everest, with Kilian having achieved 2 summits in the same week! In his first ascent he reached the summit in 26 hrs from the Rongbuk monastery, summiting again 6 days later in 17 hrs from Advanced Base Camp. An incredible feat! Massive congratulations to Kilian, and to Sébastien for capturing the moments for the upcoming film. More info: http://blog.summitsofmylife.com

We were thrilled to learn that some of our films were used as reference by producers of the BBC Planet Earth II series. In a presentation at Kendal Mountain Festival, producers Emma Brennand and Justin Anderson explained how adventure films including Petit Bus Rouge and A Fine Line had served as valuable reference material when planning how to shoot the current series.
Aesthetica - the Bafta recognised short film festival in York, England has selected Back to the Fjords as part of their 2016 selection. The film will screen several times over the 4 day event, in the Documentary 6 programme. We're excited for the film to reach a wider audience at such a fantastic event. See www.asff.co.uk for event details.
Sebastien, Vivian, Jordi & Kilian have returned from Everest after spending several weeks on the north side of the peak. They were unable to reach the summit during their stay, but reached their highest altitudes so far on the project. Coming back with a new wealth of experiences and images, the team completed a couple of steep ski descents and climbs on surrounding peaks.
This fantastic new 5 star hotel in Val Thorens is run by the family of one of the resort's pioneers. With a tradition of excellent service and family values, we were excited to be asked to create a visual identity for the hotel with a film that showed all aspects of the 5 star experience.
