Adventure Filming tip

My philosophy for actions sports filming could be " Light is right", only take what you need and nothing more.
I am sharing my experience in this third video tutorial on how to use a Do It Yourself monopod. this piece was dislocated from a lightning support. I am using it to add camera movement to action scenes.
