Light is Right: my tips for your next action sport filming

I am sharing my experience in this second video tutorial on how to use a Do It Yourself monopod. The final result can be pretty close to a proper crane if not better.

this piece was dislocated from a lightning support. I am using it to add camera movement to action scenes.
